IFMA and Workplace Evolutionaries
Eric Johnson
Sr. Workplace Advisory Manager, Allsteel

The discussion about the workplace is becoming more ‘holistic’ – it’s not just about the space anymore. Organizations are recognizing that, as the workforce and the work itself are changing, there are many more factors that need to be considered – wellness, user experience, flexibility and choice to name a few. We’ve come to the realization that the workplace is all about the people using it – how to ensure they are as effective, engaged and as creative as possible.IFMA has realized that their members need to understand how the workplace conversation has changed and how they can participate in it. WE – the Workplace Evolutionaries – is a community of practice that has been created to bring this new level of knowledge and experience about the workplace forward. Some of the key tools and activities WE brings to the table are:

  • WE Hubs
  • Research
  • WE:binars
  • Case Studies
  • Friends of WE
  • Specific learning tracks at Facility Fusion and World Workplace
